1. Construction preparation
(1) Technical preparation
1) Conduct drawing review before construction.
2) Technical briefing should be conducted before construction to clarify construction methods and quality standards.
(2) Material preparation
1) The equipment, equipment and auxiliary materials required for construction are ready to meet the requirements of continuous construction and staged construction.
2) System equipment: broadcast control server, large-screen dedicated controller, video optical transceiver, large display screen, large-screen display terminal, player, related broadcast control operating software, etc.
3) Installation materials: fireproof bridges, video cables, optical cables, pipes, profiles, pull rings, cable hooks, U-shaped steel clips, self-expanding bolts, etc.
4) Auxiliary materials: 70# gasoline, signs, cotton yarn ends, solder wire, etc.
(3) Main machines and tools
1) Construction tools: welding machines, cutting machines, electric drills, grinders, special tools, etc.
2) Testing instruments: laptop for debugging, digital multimeter, walkie-talkie, spectrum analyzer, field strength meter, etc.
(4) Operating conditions
1) The layout of ground wires and power wires in the computer room should comply with regulatory requirements.
2) Front-end equipment, transmission equipment, power supply equipment, etc. are all present, and the quantity of other equipment and materials should meet the requirements for continuous construction.
3) The inspection requirements for profiles, pipes and iron parts should comply with the relevant construction acceptance specifications.
4) The specifications and forms of data signal cables and power cords used in the project comply with the design regulations and contract requirements.
2. Construction technology
Display installation process:
(1) Structure and screen system construction
1) Requirements for display frame production: The steel should be free of distortion, the blanking error should be within 5mm, and the cuts should be straight, smooth, without curling, burrs, etc.; when drilling for the frame, a bench drill should be used, which is strictly prohibited. Holes are cut by electrical welding; the frame welding requirements should be firm, without welding slag, and polished to a smooth level before painting; after the frame is made, two layers of neutral primer should be painted first, and then two layers of high-quality enamel paint should be painted, and the paint should be completely dried. Can be installed later.
2) Installation requirements for the display frame: read the construction drawings carefully, measure and lay out the lines to determine the exact position of each column and beam steel frame; fix and install each column and beam steel frame with electric welding or bolts; the frame should be aligned and leveled, and the The horizontal rails should be on the same horizontal plane, and the height deviation should be less than 5mm; the frame should be repainted for a second time after the grounding welding; the back and surroundings of the display screen should be closed with 50mm rock wool sandwich panels; the internal waterproofing of the screen body is required to be weather-resistant Glue to seal the joints; the location of the access door is determined on site.
